shopcart99.shop return and exchange policy gives you the option to return items purchased on shopcart99.shop for specified Mobile Phones categories only. These are mentioned below. We do not offer exchange on Mobile Phones . Refunds are processed after the returned Mobile Phones is received and inspected at our premises.
Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, returns and replacements will be at the discretion of shopcart99.shop only. Also please note, for Mobile Phones bought on affiliate discounts, the return policy for them will be as per the policy published while taking the voucher from the affiliate.
To initiate the process please follow the instructions below:
3 days easy-return window for returnable Mobile Phones , Make sure to check the returns policy on the Mobile Phones you are ordering. The same is mentioned for each Mobile Phones.
If you have received a damaged or wrong Mobile Phones and it is non-returnable, reach out to us on whatsapp or email. We are here to help!
For all return requests or cases where there is damage or wrong Mobile Phones received, it is mandatory to provide photos/videos of the Mobile Phones and packaging. This can be shared with us either on whatsapp or on our returns portal.
All Mobile Phones need to be returned in original packaging along with all the tags intact and in unused condition
It would be the responsibility of the customer to ensure the packaging on the return Mobile Phones is the same as what was received.
We will initiate refunds as soon as we receive and complete a quality check of the Mobile Phones received. This may take up to 15 days after placing a returns request based on a best-effort basis.
Many of our Mobile Phones are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape, or size may occur between Mobile Phones that are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Exchange Policy
We don’t offer exchanges for the Mobile Phones . You can raise the return request as per the return policy and then place a fresh order for a new Mobile Phones .
Return Pick-Up Policy
At shopcart99.shop, we offer our customers a convenient, hassle-free, return pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the entire pick-up process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
You can submit a request from the website or e-mail us at team@shopcart99.shop within 3 days from the date of delivery in the case of returnable Mobile Phones or wrong Mobile Phones received or damaged Mobile Phones received. You can also WhatsApp us on the website.
Please mention your order number and share Mobile Phones images along with the reason for the return to help us quickly process your returns.
All returns requests have to be approved by shopcart99.shop team.
Please ensure that the returned Mobile Phones is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in a re-saleable condition.
We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Mobile Phones tags.
The pick-up delivery agent will do a basic quality check for the Mobile Phones . If the quality check fails, the delivery agent reserves the right to refuse the pick-up.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The responsibility of safe packaging lies with you.
The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
After receiving the item(s), if the Mobile Phones passes the basic quality check your request for returns would be processed.
Cancellation of Return Request
A request for a return once made can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service at team@shopcart99.shop. In case the Logistics Service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistics service provider that you do not wish to return the Mobile Phones .
Returns & Exchanges:
Your purchase is eligible for exchange or return only if:
You received the wrong item.
The Mobile Phones has a manufacturing defect (please photograph the damage and send it to us immediately).
Please note:
The box may not be in perfect condition, but the inner Mobile Phones should be free from manufacturing defects.
Items purchased on sale or with special promotions may not be eligible for return.
How to initiate a Return/Exchange:
Contact our customer care team within 3 days of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and (if applicable) a picture of the damaged Mobile Phones .

Reverse Pickup:
In some locations, we offer a reverse pickup service within 2-3 business days.
For locations without reverse pickup, you’ll need to ship the Mobile Phones back to us within 3 days of receiving it (address below).

Refunds:
You’ll receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges) for all eligible cancellations and returns.
Online payments will be refunded to your original payment method.
COD orders will require your bank details for a refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
Important:
In very rare cases, if a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
